BOAT SHOW HAS BEEN RE-SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2008

The Boat Show has been rescheduled!! Fishing Club Meeting at fairgrounds, 6:00 p.m.

Darnell Crist, Texas Parks & Wildlife, Madison County Game Warden was originally scheduled to speak at our meeting and bring his boat. If his schedule allows, he will be there at our re-scheduled day/time.

Other boats for the show include a fish and ski boat, bay boats, bass boats, and aluminum boats.

Peyton--ketchup/hushpuppies
James--Tartar Sauce/Fries
Joseph--oil & friesSusan--dessert
Leslie--hushpuppies (5 lb)
Saundra--fries (5 lb)
Dawson-- 2 lb fries/ oil
Lisa--ketchup & tartar sauce

We were originally planning for 50 people and needed 10 Gallons of cooking oil (vegetable only), 15 lbs of fries, and 5 lbs of hush puppies. After the 4-H sign up night, we are concerned that we may need to plan for 100 people. If you know of anyone who is planning to attend who is not on the list above, please let them know what they can bring. I have back up supplies in case needed, and will be bringing cooking oil.
